Their biggest seating area was "reserved" where one guy that clearly worked there got in and out of even though the place was packed and needed a place to seat us. Instead, our group of 6 attempted to smash into a table made for 2. You pay per visit rather than per bowl so the staff wasn't inclined to bother tending to us at all. We waited 1 hour to even start smoking, then after smoking one bowl, waited another 45 min after asking to get a second.September 22, 2016
